The Rocket M2 is a powerful outdoor unit for the 2.4GHz band designed for direct mounting to the MIMO antennas of the Ubiquiti AirMAX series.
The unit enables communication at a real speed of up to 150 Mb/s. In this way, backbone connections or access points can easily be created with the unit. Yes ther advantage is, in addition to the high transmission speed thanks to the 802.11n standard, the use of TDMA time multiplex, which allows more than 300 clients to connect to the unit in AP mode and low latency.
