product description LiteBeam 5AC-Gen2 is a 2×2 MIMO client station of the AC series for the 5GHz band with an antenna gain of 23dBi, which reaches a transmission speed of up to 867Mb/s. The unit is only compatible with other airMAX AC products and is designed for outdoor use with the best price/performance ratio in the 5GHz band. Inside the LiteBeam there is a powerful MIPS processor Atheros 74KC, which is supported by 64MB of operating memory.
The network port supports 10/100/1000 Ethernet and the unit can be powered via the passive Gigabit PoE24V/0.3A adapter included in the package (active PoE according to 802.3af is not supported). LiteBeam 5AC-Gen2 combines proprietary hardware and software technologies into a cost-effective device. Advantages include InnerFeed technology, airMAX TDMA protocol, improved holder and built-in spirit level allowing very fast and correct deployment, as well as very compact dimensions to save costs during transport.
