Description MikroTik platform system solution for wireless Internet service providers. Wireless active element replacing the gigabit cable – this is a full-duplex wireless unit of the 802.11ad standard in the unlicensed 60 GHz band.
It offers a stable and fast connection thanks to the hitherto undisturbed band at a distance of 100 m or more and a high standard of traffic security with AES encryption. The unit includes a pre-installed RouterOS Mikrotik L3 license enabling the creation of a client station or point-to-point connection. The units have an integrated PoE splitter for PoE power supply via UTP cable, they also support the 802.3af/at standard.
Included is a power supply, PoE injector, bracket, installation tape and security screw to eliminate unauthorized intrusion into the device. Although the units are designed for external use, they can also be placed internally (eg only behind a window) – installation is very easy and the unit is easily accessible if needed. For outdoor installations, use only shielded cabling (FTP/SFTP) and ground the units correctly (via the integrated grounding element or using Ethernet surge protection). Operation of the device in the Czech Republic is possible only in accordance with the current general authorization VO-R/12/09.2010-12 for the band 57-66GHz.
