Currently, the last supported version of the DELL server model is Windows Server 2019.
The Windows Server 2022 version can be installed, you just need to choose a different type of drivers.

In DELL PowerEdge servers with Basic NBD warranty, DELL SATA spinning disks are set only
one-year limited warranty . When increasing the warranty to the Pro Support variant NBD
DELL SATA drives take up the full length of the server. Option to increase the warranty to the Pro Support NBD variant
can be found in “Related goods”, or we will send a price offer.
The above does not apply to SSD SATA drives.
